Pre sale purchase queries.

  What if the garment doesn't fit properly? 

We can answer any and all questions prior to your purchase.  You are more then welcome to contact us via email or phone to fully discuss your measurements.  To esnure the fit it best suited for you.  Because of the years of experience outerwear we here at Bazinas Furs have a great understanding to ensure style and  fit will be accomodating to your needs. 

If alterations need to be made after your purchase.  For example shortening of sleeves taking it in a bit or a different size we can do this.  The only cost would be  for you to pay for shipping to us for alterations.  We would resend the garment after alterations at no cost and we pay the return shipping.  Turnaround time is based on when you ship back and when we receive and how much work needs to be done.  A tracking number is required.

Refund Policy

No refund, exchange only policy — states that customers can only exchange items they wish to return, rather than get a refund.

 Delivery Policy

 1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund your moneys immediately.  If it is a special order item which is indicated by the product you chose and you made arrangments to have a custom coat made for you.  You would be notified of time duration by phone and email.   Please allow up to 3 weeks for garment to be manufactured and then shipped.  We would be communicating via telephone and email during this entire process.  

 

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses . [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses.  Any shipments sent by Bazinas Furs are traced and tracked from the inception of label created up until the receiving of package.  

 

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].

 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

 

4. Delivery Instructions

After purchase we will communicate to you either by phone or email or both.  We would create a shipping label.  We would email you shipping label tracking number informations.  You can follow and track your package via the major carriers such as UPS,  FEDEX, DHL, etc. After receipt of goods you would be notified by email by the carrier.  Bazinas Furs would also be notified.  A signature would be required for all packages shipped.  This is to properly guarantee you are the person who made the purchase.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.  We pay shipping for anything on our site anywhere in the world. 

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

 

6. Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at (905) 278-1345 or email sales@bazinasfurs.com.

 

7.  Insurance

All items when shipped would be fully insured.  You would be sent a tracking number.  If anything happens when  your package is lost or stolen

you would be reimbursed via the insurance coverage based through the couriers.  Time frame for this is based on claim and process.
